Our Classes
Our classes are centered on the different pilates equipment which are suitable for your level, your target goals, and your skill. Each class is 45-minutes long. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water for your comfort.
Group Reformer
Group Reformer pilates classes will utilize reformers to help you perform the movements with less strain and less fatigue. There’s a wide variety of movements and exercises which can be done on the reformer to help you with your strength, your flexibility, and your balance. They are incredibly challenging, but our regulars all agree that it’s a wonderful work out.
Pilates Reformer and Chair Class
The pilates chair, while not as popular as the reformer, is an incredible piece of equipment which challenges your balance in a very unique way. This is suitable for those who have been practicing pilates for an extended period of time.
Pilates Reformer and Barrel Classes
The barrel is a unique pilates equipment in the sense that it has no moving parts or springs, however, it still offers the necessary assistance for your pilates needs. Do note that this class is for advanced students only.
Private Lessons
We recommend private lessons to beginners in order for the instructor to be able to concentrate on the beginner’s form and so that our instructor may focus on imparting the key principles of pilates.
Mat Pilates
Our Pilates mat workouts still incorporate the classic Pilates sequence and will just as effectively target your core. Many Pilates practitioners recommend consistent mat work to improve performance on the pilates equipment.
