Studio Terms and Conditions

• QuickwWin Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time.
• Reservations may be done through this website. Our classes fill up fast so we highly encourage you to reserve your appointment date and time in advance to ensure that we will have a slot for you. We reserve the right to reject your request in case of lack of available slots.
• We will email you to confirm your slot. If you did not receive an email from us, your slot has not been confirmed yet.
• Please arrive on time. For your safety, we will not admit latecomers.
• 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to cancel private classes free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to the full charge.
• For group classes, cancellation may be done 12 hours at the latest before class starts. Otherwise, you will be subjected to the full cost or it will be taken from the package.
• Before you sign up for any of our classes, you will be required to fill up a form asking for your medical history. Please let us know about any pertinent health issues which you think may affect your workout with us. This is necessary to ensure that our classes will be safe for you.
• Please wear the proper exercise clothing. Socks are mandatory.
• Clients who are 16 years old and below must be accompanied by their guardian or parent.
• Packages and passes may be purchased at the studio.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cancellation of order may be done within 24 hours from purchase, but you will be charged a corresponding 15% cancellation fee.
